2005: Every day is one step closer to ________.

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:25,27,34

finally

finally got this internet started.......its been down for like 3 weeks now. yay!!

camp phillip is the most amazing place on earth. no doubt about it.
It started off as a frustrating week and we had some struggles. My talk with Matthew really helped and placed me in the right direction. Although we were all split up, i learned alot this week.
one big thing I learned is that I made a slight difference in the lives of some people at camp, particularily the girls in my cabin. and no matter what the sacrifice is, (in this case, it was having all of my friends split up) it feels good to know that you made a difference.
There was one night, one exact moment, when i realized how much camp truly changes peoples lives. this person whose life was changed was my own dearest friend kirsten granberg. as soon as i put it all together as she hugged me and she was bawling, it really just hit me. and i thanked God for giving me the patience to force her to come to camp. ~ask kirsten how much fun she had and how much she LOVES camp and how much it changed her life......then you'll know.

well guys, this was it. our last year all together.
to all of you 3rd years- thanks for: the fun times, and we sure had plenty that i will never ever forget; the tears- they helped; the reflections when we really bonded; the prayers that helped us grow; the endless hugs- i will miss the hugs more than anything; the advice- helped me more than you'll ever know; and lastly- thanks for being who you are, you've helped to make me who i am today and just know that i love you guys so much. i mean, seirously, look at how much i cried on the last night! lol.
THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

besides all of the 3rd years, i LOVE all of my first year friends and my new and old 2nd year friends.
the girls in my cabin were awesome- Dani, Kathryn, Marissa, Whit, Claire, Christy, Jess, Chelsea, Kirsten, Jes, and Carrissa!!!!!

right now i'm really struggling with the decision of whether or not to do SALT staff. i need advice. HELP!!!!!

i love you guys so much. keep in touch.
i will be at camp june 22-25 and july 10-16.

which means, i leave TOMORROW!!!
my birthday is on friday the 24th and i will obviously be at camp so i would LOVE it if you wrote to me!

i tried out for brookfield last night. they are probably the 2nd best team in the state. and i missed the actual try outs, which were last week. so idk. oh well.
BUT tonight i have a try out for Germantown. and the coach actually just called. and he said that if i dont look like a complete idiot, i'll have a good shot at making the team, so thats kinda assuring. idk. well see. say a prayer for me cuz i'm really nervous.....

yeah so, jordan took a baseball to the face and broke a bone and messed his teeth up and stuff. poor kid :(
i just got his grad present yesterday! woo hoo!!!!! p.s. rachel, i need help.

OH MAN. I'M SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!! on sunday morning, jordan and i are going up north cuz my family wil be up there all weekend. and i FINALLY GET TO WATERSKI!!!!!!!! and i havent been up north in FOREVER!!!! i'm extatic! and jord is coming along. woo hoo! :)
